- BSc Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Certificate of Competency as the Ship's Cook
- Experience in Filipino Seaman Culinary
- In possession of a valid STCW 95 certification
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficient
- Food, planning, preparation and stock taking/provisions ordering.
