Job Scope:
This senior level position reports to the Group Finance Director and has accountability for Group Consolidation; Performance Reporting; Budget Management, Treasury Management; Accounting and Financial Governance; Tax; Business Analysis (e.g. Acquisitions) within the ANSA McAL Group.

Key Accountabilities:
Financial an Business Support

• Develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability working with the Group Executive
• Lead the daily treasury administration to maximize investment income for the Group;

Corporate Finance & M&A activities

• Develop and maintain Investment framework to guide decisions
• Evaluate and assess possible investments and business opportunities.

Planning, Forecasting and Controlling

• Manage the Group’s Budgeting process.
• Identify opportunities for improving working capital and cost management.

General Accounting

• Develop and Maintain a strong system of internal control throughout the Group;
• Ensure all transactions are in compliance with Group policy and timely; reporting of any breaches and corresponding resolution;
• Manage the Group’s consolidation process consistent with the latest developments in IFRS and its application within the business context;

Group Tax Compliance and Planning

• Assure compliance across the Group with tax filing, payments etc.
