Human Resource Officer
Job Summary
The successful applicant will be responsible for all employees within the Group of Companies. The responsibilities include staff recruitment, employee relations, performance appraisal systems, policies and procedures to support growth and improvement. The applicant is also required to advise and co-ordinate training programs for staff and assist in conflict resolution and employee grievances.
Qualifications
- Must posses a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline from a recognized University.
- Must have a minimum of (3) years experience in a similar position
- Training or experience in Employee and Labour relations would be an asset
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to act as a member of the management team and lead organizational processes.
- Strong planning, organizing and problem solving skills are essential.
- Must be computer literate, familiar with Human Resource programs and applications.
- Must be able to initiate workable recruitment plans.
- Must have a working vehicle
