JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Manager - Service Support (MIII) is responsible for:
- Championing the delivery of support service to all users in areas such as Systems Development, Change Management. Systems Architecture and Administrative Services
- Leading a team of four managers to achieve targets
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- First Degree in Information Technology
- Minimum 10 years experience working as an information systems practitioner within those technical areas represented by the core of the ISM (especially Systems Architecture and Systems Development)
- Minimum eight year’s experience at a managerial level, exercising responsibility for the effective introduction and use of information systems
- Management skill as demonstrated by successful responsibility for major IS projects or critical IS functions where the cost of failure would have a serious detrimental effect on the profitability of the organzation
- Excellent knowledge of Banking Systems would be an asset
- Thorough understanding of current developments in the application of Information Technology and the development of Information Systems
- Ability to assimilate and interpret from specialists in relation to the needs of the Bank
- Commitment to the safety, security and integrity of all staff, resources and information/data within sphere of authority
