EMPLOYEE RELATIONS/OD SPECIALIST

• Researching, recommending and promoting HR policies and programs designed to support a productive work environment

• Support managers regarding work-related issues such as performance management, HR policies and practices, legislative requirements and professional and career issues.
• Management of an Employee Assistance Program

Suitable candidates must possess a BSc. in Human Resources or Psychology and 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge and understanding of labour relations, employment law and common 1aw practices is a requirement.
