FACILITY/UTILITIES MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

• Assure the smooth operation and maintenance (including preventative) of all aspects of the building and facility.

• Assure that appropriate safety levels are established and maintained, including compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, contracts and warranty terms.
• Actively participate in the design and implementation of renovations to buildings

Suitable candidates must be a Mechanical Engineer, and must have experience in maintenance of large industrial facilities where high service and quality levels are achieved.
