Successful Candidate:

• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and of food in general is an asset.
• Manage & motivate staff at different levels in various departments such as Take Away, Dining, Stores, Accounts, Maintenance & Security.
• Be able to manage inventory.
• Highly customer orientated to retain and build patronage
• A desire to develop and grow the business
• Be administratively strong
