Partner & Distributor Account Manager, Original Equipment Manufacturer Division
Responsibilities

• Accountable for sales management of the Finished Goods and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) distribution partners, as well as channel incentives including fees, rebates and marketing funds (measured against respective functional scorecard).
• Provide strategic leadership across business segments, working in close cooperation with our Business Groups, Depth and Breadth customer segments to create and implement program strategies that drive desired business outcomes and meet the needs of our customers and partners.
• Partner & Distributor Account Manager (PAM) deliver sales, marketing, operations and account management expertise to Microsoft's volume licensing.

Requirements

• Minimum six (6) years of related experience
• Minimum five (5) years of sales experience
• Bachelor's Degree (B.S./BA)
• MBA in Business or Marketing preferable
• Professional Sales and Services Training and Certification
