CUSTOMER & PARTNER EXPERIENCE/CITIZENSHIP SPECIALIST
Responsibilities

• Assist with execution of Customer Satisfaction and Citizenship business processes
• Gather reports, organize data, etc. to be leveraged for these business processes
Skills required
• Strong written and verbal skills to interface with external customers and stakeholders
• Creative thinking and marketing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office tools
