EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTS CLERK
Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of General Ledger accounts to ensure correct accounting policies are applied.
• Preparation of bank re conciliations monthly and vigilant follow up of all un reconciled transactions
• Processing of all invoices
• To perform Daily Entries
• Ensure accounts payable are monitored and up to date
• Vigilant follow up and management of accounts receivable

Qualifications Experience:

• METICULOUS: Must be thorough and comprehensive in all daily tasks
• ACCA Level 2 or qualifications equivalent
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Proficient in the use of Peach Tree
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Excel
