INTEGRITY ENGINEER
The Onshore Integrity Maintenance Engineer provides technical and hands-on support to the Offshore Maintenance Team to ensure process equipment reliability and availability. He/she will be an integral member of the Maintenance Team with sole responsibility for coordinating and conducting all integrity based maintenance activities on the offshore facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist to develop, populate and maintain databases for all offshore integrity related equipment.
  • Apply codes and safety standards criteria to prepare annual inspection programs and follow up for existing equipment and installations.
  • Supervise inspection and repair services.
  • Compile records and evaluate the performance of the facilities in order to reduce downtime and prevent adverse situations.
  • Plans installation, repair and maintenance schedule for concerned work.
  • Studies, reviews and checks specifications, drawings and terms of tender documents submitted by contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings and technical data for concerned work.
  • Inspects and supervises contractors work on overhaul maintenance activities to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of contract.

EDUCATION

  • Bsc. in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Supervisory Management Training as evident by certificates of participation.
  • Computer Literate with proficiency in Microsoft applications is mandatory.

EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years experience in operations and maintenance of offshore equipment related to oil and gas industry. At least 5 years experience in coordinating inspections and construction repair activities.
  • Knowledge of international standards like ASNT/ISNT and industry codes & practices: API, ISA, IEC.
  • Experienced in TAR planning and inspection of various welding techniques.
  • Competent in the use of MAXIMO/SAP CMMS and Level II Exposure to UT, RT, PT, MT.
  • Ability to interpret vibration and oil analysis.
  • Familiar with corrosion control techniques for offshore platform facilities, vessels and piping systems.
