I have the following experience, Operations and Administration Management, Human Resource Management, Asset Protection Coordination (start or maintain security personel, CCTV systems, area layout, etc.) extremely proficient using Excel, Access for data arrangements and organization and Retail and Merchandising Expertise. My Asset Protection experience is vast and extensive. I left the Operations sect of Wal-Mart to move closer to home because of my son being born. On a daily basis, I work with Receiving, Invoicing, Accounting, Personnel, Administration Management, Operations Management, our Hourly Supervisors and Associates to develop every aspect of the daily operations to increase a security awareness, to promote the view that financial inaccuracy, even minute, can be an indicator of a bigger opportunity, to promote the most accurate SKU vs BOOK inventory by training cause and effect and providing examples. As an Operations Manager for Walmart Inc., I was placed in charge of Grocery operations at a $150M Supercenter in Kansas City, MO. The areas produced sales in excess of $45 Million and I was charged with all aspects of Sales Floor operation and people managing.
