I offer fourteen (14) years experience in the field at both operational and managerial level. I have had the opportunity to assist my organisation of over 3500 employees to position for the future through the use of effective planning, organising ,controlling and coordinating of the human resource function.
I have experience in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations and have used my experience and excellent communication skills both verbal and written to assist managers and staff in resolving personnel and employee relations issues by providing pertinent information, counselling and guidance. I always maintain a gracious and professional manner and have a profound understanding in dealing with different genres of professionals and staff.
Currently, I am in the process of researching the age profile of the organisation ,which would provide critical decision making information with respect to our workforce administration, succession planning and pension administration.
My experience is aptly reinforced by a first degree from the University of the West Indies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and participation in courses such as Job Analysis, Documentation and Evaluation , Occupational Health and Safety , Workplace Mediation Skill Training, and Trends in Industrial Court Judgments
