My passion for learning progressed to a career in teaching and eventually matured to a profession in education. My innate drive towards leadership fostered this successful progression. I am currently looking to further enhance and share the good practice that I have established as an innovative classroom practitioner, an effectve lead teacher and a successful educational researcher.

I work as a consultant for a training company; planning and delivering assessment for learning training.

I run training courses at different venues and would be interested in developing a tailor made programme for either individual teachers or their departments or even a whole school.
