I am passionate about anything to do with interior architecture and design and all of its subject breakdown. Design surrounds my every day life, whether it is the lighting design of a space or choosing the right materials and space planning for a bank. My current work status is one of sabatical in that I took a four year no pay study leave from my government job as a Supervisor 1-Handicraft of the past seventeen years to pursue my dream of gaining my degree and my masters by extension. I have travelled to Europe and Asia and was able to experience hands on the design protocol and practices of that region.I will be returning to Trinidad fully in 2010 for my job. I am hoping to gain further experience by working directly with an architectural firm and be able to teach part-time while gaining further practical experience. My long term goal is to gain my doctorate in educational psychology and teach full time.
