Banks (Barbados) Breweries Ltd., (BBBL) invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following vacancy.

Brewery Manager

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
In this position, you will:

• Provide day-to-day management and support to the BBBL management team with a view to improving efficiencies and effectiveness of systems/processes in order to manufacture our products, realize savings, and institute a world class approach to operations.
• Ensure that all BBBL products are produced in accordance with the raw materials, process, and product specifications outlined by the relevant brand owner.
• Maintain the highest quality image for the product through product and packaging presentation.
• Meet and continuously improve agreed process and packaging efficiencies to maximize output and quality at minimum cost.
• Identify and implement the Company's capital projects to optimise the utilisation of resources.
• Develop training strategies and succession planning to ensure that the skill levels, professional attitude, and competence of all technical managers is maintained.
• Coach and mentor relevant staff within the scope of expertise.
• Maintain and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in accordance with legal requirements, as well as existing quality management systems, and international standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Professional Brewer/Engineer
• A minimum of 10-years experience in Production (Brewing, Packaging, and Engineering) and Operations
