REGIONAL PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR
The Regional Property Administrator will be responsible for the overall management of several properties owned by the Company. In order to achieve organizational goals and expectations, the qualified candidate must be able to perform the following key job functions:
- Develop an annual operating budget for each property, which includes projected sources of revenue, vacancy rates and operating expenses
- Analyze monthly financial reports to anticipate problems with cash flow or overruns and deficiencies within specific categories as stated in the annual operating budget
- Overall supervision of Property Administration which includes the negotiation of leases, marketing of vacant spaces and other services
- Solicit and analyze bids from contractors for repairs, renovations and maintenance
- Negotiate contracts for on site management personnel such as janitors and ground keepers
- Schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs and remodeling projects for commercial and residential properties
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or Finance
- Approximately five (5) years experience in a similar or related job
