SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER
[Property Management Division]

The Senior Finance Manager willd direct and oversee all the financial activities of the Division. In order to achieve organizational goals and expectations, the qualified candidate must be able to perform the following key job functions:

• Prepare financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and reprots for government regulatory agencies
• Prepare management accounts/reports, which analyses and interprets accounting information
• Responsible for managing external audits
• Formulate and implement accounting policies and procedures in line with recognized accounting conventions and practices
• Responsible for implementing systems designed to monitor all real estate assets
• Formulate financial pro formas for development projects

Minimum Qualifications

• Professional accounting designation ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Ten (10 years experience in a similar or related job, five (5) of which must be at a managerial level
• A general knowledge of real estate management would be considered an asset
