Food and Beverage Manager
The position is concerned with directing the overall operation, coordination and compliance of all Food and Beverage activities within the hotel. Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, Conference and Banquets, Kitchen, Stewarding, Purchasing.

Key Requirements:

• BSc. In Hotel Management or related field.
• At least three years experience in a similar position.
• Prove track record in effective Leadership Skills, People Management, Sales and Marketing, Training and Development, Policy and Budget Formulation.
