The Senior Manager, Field Operations manages a team of Managers, Field Operations and Field Operations Officers and is responsible for providing expert Operational support to the Bank’s client group. Support will typically be provided through the completion of Branch reviews and through the management of assigned projects.
The successful incumbent must perform the following:
- Direct an effective Branch review programme.
- Develop innovative ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Keep review procedures/checklists up-to-date for changes to Bank policies/procedures, local regulations and recent trends/issues.
- Monitor review reports for reasonability, adherence to service standards and for effectiveness of corrective action.
- Provide recommendations/solutions and resolving issues/negotiating compromises with Branch/Country Management.
- Compile review results; analyzing trends; preparing periodic summary reports to Management and sharing results with all Branches.
- Direct the implementation of assigned operational projects/initiatives.
- Approve project plans and strategies.
- Lead large and more complex projects.
The selected candidate should possess the following:
- A University Degree in Business or Economics.
- Experience in the financial industry would be an asset.
- Thorough time management skills.
- Ability to work in and contribute to a team environment.
Criteria:
- Must be mobile and in possession of a valid driver’s permit.
