Core Responsibilities:

• Preparation and vetting of agreements and other legal documents.
• Advising on day to day issues and matters incidental to the company.
• Interpretation of various laws, ordinances and regulations.
• Performance of related work as may be required.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Evidence of having been admitted to practice as an Attorney-at-Law in Trinidad and Tobago.
• 1-2 years experience in legal or corporate matters with a firm or institution.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and establish and maintain positive working relationships.
