JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for all aspects of administration of the faculty and staff in the Division and for quality delivery of programmes/courses in the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Establishes academic policies and programmes for the division.

• Ensures the development and maintenance of quality in the areas of academic programming, curriculum development and program delivery.
• Manages the administration of the staff and faculty of the division including performance management, training and development and industry attachments.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Post Graduate Degree in Education Administration or related area.

• Teaching/Training experience is desirable.
• Expertise in curriculum development
• A minimum of three years experience in a similar field.
