Our client, the Ministry of Education is seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill nine (9) positions within the Ministry.

PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in developing the Communication Strategies of the Ministry.

  • Prepares and arranges for the dissemination of the information materials and produces internal newsletter/bulletins, brochures.
  • Collects and collates information relevant to the responsibilities of the Ministry.
  • Writes edits and selects information for release for both public and within the Ministry.
  • Liaises with other media personnel, officials of various Ministries/Departments, Statutory Bodies and other relevant bodies on related matters

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts from an established Arts College.

  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in marketing and communications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Initiative and creative thinking.
