ASSOCIATE INVESTMENT ADVISORS

OBJECTIVE:
Markets and sells financial services of West Indies Stockbrokers Limited (WISE) to new and existing clients for investment purposes.

KEY REPONSIBILITIES:

• build long-term financial advisory relationships with clients by:
  • Calls, visits and sells services
  • Advise clients regarding portfolio investment/asset allocation opportunities
• Increase number of active accounts and client assets under management
• Stays current with market/company information, industry and regulatory developments
• Ensures compliance with all internal policies, procedures and statutory & regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

• BA Finance/ Economics/ Accounting or related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years experience in a similar capacity.
• Sales Experience within the Financial Service Sector.

CRITICAL SKILLS:

• Understanding of Statutory and Regulatory Requirements as it relates to the investment industry.
• Understanding of the Financial Indicators.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Strong Computer Literacy Skills.
• Strong organizational and effective time management skills

• High level of initiative
