VACANCY

An expanding and dynamic telecommunications service provider located on Tragarete Road, Port of Spain, invites qualified applicants to fill the following positions:

ACCOUNTANT

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform company billing services
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Monitor all bank balances on a daily basis and lead cash flow management
• Prepare all invoices, cheques, wire transfers and vouchers
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits
• prepare accounting and finance components of all budgets and forecasts
• Prepare all capital spending proposals, banks borrowing and other finance related proposals
• Research, recommend and action improvements to operational efficiencies in the Company’s accounting and finance systems, technologies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum ACCA Level 2 or equivalent
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Report writing and communication skills
• Minimum 3-5 Years Experience with increasing responsibilities
