Nu-Iron Unlimited, a DRI facility in the Point Lisas Industrial Estate is seeking suitably qualified applicants to fill the position of Operations Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Interested candidates should have a Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical engineering degree with a minimum of ten years’ experience with at least five years at the supervisory level in a Process/Industrial Plant environment; preference will be given to persons with relevant experience in the DRI Process.

REQUIREMENTS:
He/She must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills to develop and lead a production/operations team in a highly results and performance focused environment; the successful candidate will also be innovative and resourceful, persistent and determined in all situations, and have a timely systematic approach to decision making. Applicants will be individuals who are flexible and open to change and will have a progressive attitude to safety, health and environmental stewardship.

• Fundamental understanding of Midre DRI process;
• Prior experience in plant operations minimum of ten years, preferred;
