Lifestyle Motors is inviting applicants for the following position:
AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXECUTIVE
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and growth of the sales objectives on a daily, monthly and yearly basis. He/she will ensure that the retail and fleet units sold produce sufficient gross to aid the dealership in reaching its profit objective on a monthly and yearly basis. He/she will accomplish these objectives through planning, organizing, coordination and measuring the activities of the Sales Department. Reports to the General Manager and the General Sales Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote sound relationships with customers to ensure that their satisfaction is your #1 priority.
- Enthusiastically assist Sales Personnel in all CSI matters.
- Implement proper customer handling procedures.
- Initiate, develop, implement and follow up on sales initiatives to ensure sales targets are met and, more importantly, exceeded.
- Review monthly forecast from inventory with General Manager and compare with previous months
- Assist in recruiting and hiring retail sales force.
Required Experience
- At least three to five years experience in automotive sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or over-achieving sales targets.
- Outstanding communications skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Superior managerial and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- A recognized Diploma in Marketing or Business Management.
