CHIEF ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

• Organization and planning of preventative works;

• Liaise with contractors to ensure repairs are carried out to specifications;
• Reporting variances with respect to the operations of equipment;
• Ensure that service providers perform the relevant services in accordance with the service contract;
• Responsible for the supervision and development of all maintenance staff;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering/Technical Degree and additionally qualifications in Air-conditioning, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Masonry etc.

• Minimum (5) years experience as Chief Engineer or Maintenance Manager.
