Water Taxi Service

Job Summary
The Customer Service Representatives are the first touch point for all customers participating in the water taxi service delivery, and are required to maintain a positive and helpful approach to internal and external customers. The CSRs are required to deal directly with all passengers, delivering an exceptional and high-quality customer service experience. Candidates will work under an eight (8) hour shift regime.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing information, problem-solving and handling complaints.
- Deliver the ticket sales process in a transparent, accurate and efficient manner.
- Reconcile and account for all sales, returns and cancellations on a daily basis.
- Assist in producing reports and statistics and conducting market surveys for the service.
- Work with the Logistics Coordinators to provide accurate information to all passengers.
- Respond to customer requests and handle customer problems in a direct manner, treating the customer with dignity and a positive attitude.
- Build and enhance customer relationships and support corporate marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with a variety of functional areas, such as marketing and operations, to develop and provide service offerings which are responsive to customer needs.
- Any other duties as requested.
Required Education & Experience
- Diploma in Business Administration OR 3 years experience in a similar environment.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, with excellent written and oral skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision and must be a team player.
- Strong interpersonal, presentational and computer skills.
- Familiarity with processing a variety of payment options, such as debit and credit card payments and Internet sales.
- Sound customer care background.
Organisational Relationship
The Customer Service Representative reports to the General Manager, Water Taxi Service.
