Human Resource Manager

The incumbent will be required to coordinate the human resource function and contribute to the overall performance improvement of the company.

Duties Include:

• Assisting in the development of HR Strategies

• Preparation & management of HR budget
• Management of the recruitment process
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Monitoring performance appraisal systems and revising as necessary
• Monitoring the coordination of company’s training at all levels
• Reviewing staff welfare initiatives and providing recommendations for improvements
• Assisting executives with effective means of establishing culture change
• Partnering with the IR Officer on IR matters

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years experience as an HR practitioner in a medium to large retail/commercial operation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in organizational development
• Strength in decision-making
• Strong negotiation skills
• Able to cope well under pressure
• Persistent and committed
