FACILITY ENGINEER
The Facility Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing all the Engineering Implementation and Maintenance activities in the facility or zone to which they are assigned.
KEY FUNCTIONS

• Advise customers and staff on projects by providing technical advice daily
• Assess facilities and provide energy design as required
• Provide troubleshooting support and resolve engineering problems in all facilities as required
• Ensure continuous improvement in facility and maintenance department
• Participate in selection, assessment and approval of subcontractors and vendors to negotiate the best deal
• Motivate facility staff to achieve the department objectives
• Participate in housekeeping and safety.
• Prepare monthly report of Engineering work status
• Identify the training needs of the staff and provide the training
• Ability to be on call out 24/7

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an approved University
• Three (3) years experience in a similar or related field
• Project management experience
• Valid T & T Driver’s License
