CAREER OPPORTUNITIES (Contract)

During the past ten years I have held progressively more responsible jobs utilizing my sales skills, negotiation skills, project management in the health care and publishing industries. I have sound knowledge of sales techniques, corporate start-ups and strategies, and have been successful in new business and marketing development in each position held.

I am a dedicated worker with professional working experience both in the government and private sector. My strengths are in writing (including critical and statistical analysis)and conducting research. I am proficient with various application software. I am organized and meticulous with administrative duties involved with project management and event planning.

I am a mixed heritage young man of 33yrs. I'm at present studying at the University of the West Indies. Though I'm not looking for a full time employment, I would be happy to work in a free lance capacity from home. My experience is in Higher Education (taught at local univeristy), foreign affairs (worked in the Diplomatic Corps) and community development.

I am one course shy of completing my B.A. History with an undeclared Minor in Gender Studies from the University of the West Indies.
I currently possess over 5 years of administrative experience, even though I am currently employed as a Research Assistant.

CAREER OBJECTIVE
Obtain a research position that will enhance present skills thereby facilitating high performance in a market research or academic research setting.
