Successful Candidate:

• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and of food in general is an asset.

• Manage & motivate staff at different levels in various departments such as Take Away, Dining, Stores, Accounts, Maintenance & Security.
• Be able to manage inventory.

Required 2 or more years of experience in a silver spoon restaurant
References required.
Be willing to relocate to Bermuda.
